We had the warmest welcome here by the hotel staff. Even the rooms are super spacious and clean. Will definitely recommend it to anyone visiting Udaipur, especially if you want to stay away from the over commercialized lake area.

Booked this hotel for 2 nights because of others being sold out. Check-in was anything but pleasant. One gentleman was manning the counter and he was working at his own pace. While awaiting my check-in saw one guest walk out because there was no heater available in the room (it was a pretty cold day) and another was so upset that he was asking for a room change. Finally, after more than 30 minutes wait, was shown 3 rooms and asked to pick one. The room that I got looked OK - was spacious, had a TV and a decent looking bed. But, it all stopped there. The TV was not working and the guy who came to fix it was on the line with someone from Tata Sky for more than 30 minutes and finally gave up. He went to another room, got a new set-top box and then fixed it in this room. The windows in the room wouldn't close fully or bolt and cold wind was coming in. Didn't have the patience to go for a room change and just decided to put up with it. The bed was awful - you want to know what that 'sinking' feeling is - experience it on these beds. You will find it difficult to even get up quickly. No towels - had to remind them twice before they brought towels that looked half-washed. People in other rooms were having a nice noisy time and you were obviously worried looking at the liquor bottles in the aisle. Definitely, not suitable for families. Left the hotel early on both days of my stay and even coffee wasn't available until even 07:30 AM. All in all, a forgettable stay.

Decent food standards with different variety. Kaju paneer curry was amazingly delicious in veg. Good hospitality by hotel staff. Provides rooms for stay too. Great ambience with good seating arrangements. Chicken masala worth a try for non vegetarians.

Decent hotel for stay with family. Nice staffs who are professional. There is also a restaurant and food was fine here. Good amenities are available. Complimentary breakfast was good. Free toilet things like soap, shampoo, paste were also given. Bed was comfortable.

On a work trip, the place was ideally situated at Bhanwarsala Sanwer on the Ujjain-Indore busy highway. Being near the Aurobindo Hospital it has a number of varied service joints of all categories. The bus service line passes here with boarding facility. Apart from decent food preparations at the first floor Restaurant, there is ample parking space. Preferred Road facing rooms.
